Description : Discover prealta rossa, a red wine from Verona IGP that captures the essence of the region’s finest grapes. The grapes are carefully selected in the province of Verona and undergo a light drying process before fermentation with maceration for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 20-22°C. The wine is then matured for 8-12 months in French oak tonneau, resulting in a bright red color and very fruit-forward aromas of cherry and blueberry jam. The taste is full-bodied, with a good persistence and an elegant finish with reminiscences of jam. Enjoy prealta rossa at 18-20°C and savor the spicy notes of black pepper, licorice, and vanilla that add further complexity to this exquisite wine. -

BARON LA ROSE is made from a selection of plots located in the Entre-deux-Mers area, between Rauzan and La Réole. This location benefits a very sunny climate with scarce rains and rich soils, and allows to have a high variety of soils, offering a more important aromas range. The Baron La Rose vineyards measure 33 hectares, with a mainly chalky-clay soil. -

Description : Piccini Solco Toscana IGT Leggero Appassite is a charming red Italian wine, which is made from a grape variety of 50 % Sangiovese, 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 10 % Syrah. Wine region Tuscany, Italy (altitude 200-300 m above sea level).
The grapes undergo a technique of light drying consists in reducing the water content in the grapes. Dehydration causes an increase in the sugar content of the grapes. After fermentation, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks and then matures in a bottle.
It goes perfectly with red meat, divine, cheese and roasts. We recommend serving at 18 °C. -
