Description : This Gran Reserva from the Tarapaca estate is made with grapes from l ’Organic Farming. It consists of Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere. Each year the best grapes are hand-picked on ‘Isla de Maipo: a vineyard surrounded by mountains and the Maipo River. The wine undergoes a 96-hour pre-fermentation. The final assembly is a barrel selection made by a radiologist who has been trained during 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Intense and fruity, this wine has complex aromas of Raspberry, cherry, prunes, bilberry, ripe blackcurrant, black pepper, tobacco and cocoa are associated with delicate vegetal and mineral notes. Interestingly, on the palate this wine is carried by soft and melting tannins that bring a persistent finish and a delicious taste. -

Description : A big, full, rich wine with dark color, aromas of dark cherry, ripe plum, milk chocolate, and roasted coffee. This Merlot has a full mouthfeel with flavors of cherry pie, plum jam, mocha coffee, and oak layered over the top. Very ripe tannin for a long, silky finish. In crafting this wine, we chose exceptional Central Coast grapes, primarily from Monterey County, a region that provides the temperate climate, and moist alluvial soils that Merlot loves. Enjoy this wine with barbecued chicken, spaghetti bolognese, wild mushroom risotto, or a perfectly grilled burger. -

Description : Robert Mondavi’s Twin Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon blends grapes from all over California, with Lodi vineyards traditionally contributing the lion’s share. The conditions here are ideal. Always cooled by gentle breezes from the San Joaquin Delta, the grapes can ripen aromatically intensely and perfectly. To preserve their elegant balance of dense fruit and silky tannins, the grapes are completely destemmed, fermented on the mash and the wines are aged in French and American oak. Full-bodied, juicy and complex, Twin Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon seduces with delicious aromas of cherries and wild berries, cedar wood, brown sugar, toasted bread, marshmallows and chocolate.
