Description : With the red wine Pinocchio Piccini proposes a journey through 3 regions (Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna and Apulia) to recall the adventures of the famous Collodi puppet. The wine combines 3 great red grape varieties: the floral and complex Tuscan Sangiovese meets the freshness of the Emilia-Romagna Sangiovese, all wrapped up in the warmth of the black berry fruit of Negroamaro. The particular shape of the bottle is reminiscent of traditional flasks.
After a soft pressing and a short maceration on the skins to bring out the fruity characteristics of the wine, it is vinified and aged exclusively in steel to give this red wine greater lightness and versatility.
Intense ruby red in the glass, the nose reveals citrus, strawberry, blackberry and berry aromas, as well as spicy and aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh and lively.
Pinocchio goes well with salami appetizers, first courses and with pizza. -

Description : Our Gran Reserva Carmenère is influenced by cold morning and afternoon breezes and the fresh influence of the Maipo River.
It has an expressive, complex and fresh nose, with aromas of spices such as cloves and pepper. It also exhibits subtle vegetal notes of red pepper due to its proximity to the Maipo River. The soils of the vineyard allow it to achieve a round, delicate, full-bodied wine with ripe and soft tannins. The nose and mouth show notes of blackberries, blueberries and plums. It is a tasty, balanced wine with good depth. Serve at 17°C -

Description : This Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is from northeast-facing vineyards that enjoy abundant sunlight and cool afternoon breezes, this allows for a wide variation in temperature. At night, the temperature can drop by as much as 22ºC compared to the daytime peak.
Due to the marked thermal oscillation between day and night during the grapes’ maturation this wine has ripe, fruity and complex aromas of plum, blackberry and cassis, with subtle notes of bay leaves. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, it has notes of cloves, black pepper and vanilla. The influence of the soil (angular stones, and loamy-sandy texture) is evident in this wine’s good structure and medium body with soft and round tannins. The mineral soils of volcanic origin also aid in achieving a deep and balanced wine. -
